WWE New Year's Revolution 2005

Given the PPV is in Puerto Rico, the opening video starts talking about it's beauty and sights, to contrast with the brutality of the night's main event, the Elimination Chamber, giving us its dimensions alongside highlights of the past iterations.  Live from the Coliseo de Puerto Rico in San Juan for the inaugural New Year's Revolution, Raw exclusive PPV. Welcomed to the show by JR and the King, as well as Hugo and Carlos on the Spanish side of things, who guarantee that a new World Heavyweight Champion will be crowned inside the Chamber. Then onto the first match. World Tag Team Championships: Christian & Tyson Tomko vs Eugene & William Regal (c) Pre-Match : Eugene has come out looking like the Hulkster, with the Hogan shirt and headband.   Our opening video package shows various highlights from the Rumbles over the years, as well as going through the various competitors of this year's Rumble. Then there's a massive fight in a subway with several wrestlers. We're live from Madison Square Garden in New York City for the 21st annual Rumble, for the first time in HD. This is some corny shit, but I kinda love it. Then animated Cena clobbers Punk to turn on the Christmas lights. Now we go live to the CONSOL Energy Center in Pittsburgh, PA for the Christmas Edition of Raw. Cole welcomes us to the show before Justin Roberts introduces the night's special guest, Kris Kringle himself, I assume played by Foley, who gets his own entrance and everything. He starts throwing gifts out in the aisle to the fans before walking beside the stage area.  Alberto Del Rio's music hits and out comes Ricardo, and suddenly Del Rio runs over Santa, knocking over a Christmas tree in the process. Del Rio takes forever to get out of the car and actually check on Santa, and finally officials run out to check on him and there's a stretcher. Ricardo looks to be on the verge of crying and Del Rio's upset...
